3043198 - MQJMS2005 Reason 2059 is returned by IBM MQ Series when connecting using JMS Adapter

Symptom

Within SAP Process Integration (PI) / Process Orchestration (PO), there are JMS Adapter Communication Channels which are connecting to IBM MQ Series
When trying to process a message and send data to it, the following error is raised:

Error creating JMS connection. The JMS provider gave the error message as MQJMS2005: failed to create MQQueueManager. MQJE001: Completion Code '2', Reason '2059'., and the error code as MQJMS2005
