  Are the Filtropur BT filter attachments compatible with the threads of other bottles?

  The Filtropur BT filter attachment can be used with all bottles with a GL-45 thread without any problems.

  Which filtration units can be used to remove mycoplasms from solutions?

  The vacuum filtration unit Filtropur V 50 with pore size 0.1 µm (order no 83.1823.004) and the filter attachment Filtropur BT 50 (order no 83.1823.104) are particularly suitable for the removal of mycoplasms from various different solutions.

  What are the characteristics of Filtropur S, Filtropur S plus and Filtropur L filters?

  The filters have a very low level of protein adsorption, they are biocompatible, non-cytotoxic and have very small dead volumes and high flow rates. Their properties make Filtropur S, Filtropur S plus and Filtropur L filters with a pore size of 0.2 µm particularly suitable for the sterilisation of aqueous solutions.
