• Details: Also known as singles, conduit wire, earthing or grounding cable. Available in a range of colours - Green/Yellow used as earthing. BASEC-approved. CPR compliant.

6491X Cable Specification

The PVC sheathing on the 6491X cable is intended for use in closed installation ducts, or in embedded or semi-flush exposed conduits. It is designed to be easily drawn into conduit and trunking, and it is ideal for the internal wiring of appliances in an enclosed and protected environment. It can also be used as an earthing cable (where the green/yellow insulation colour is applicable).

6491X Cable Voltage Rating

This cable has a voltage rating of 450/750V and an operating temperature range of -15oC to +70oC. Our 6491X is BASEC-approved and manufactured in accordance with harmonised standards.

6491X cables are often referred to as singles, conduit wire, earthing or grounding cable. It is also common for people to search for this cable using the following spelling: HO7V-R or HO7V-U.

Product codes have the asterisk (*) replaced by the insulation colour code. It is generally supplied in the following colours: Red (RD), Black (BK), Blue (BL), Yellow (YW), White (WH), Grey (GR), Brown (BR), Green/yellow (GY) (for earthing applications). We also supply 6491B in other colours on request.
