Although ANCs and NHOs have very similar bids, ANCs have historically received almost 10 times more contract awards than NHOs in the last three years. The current administration’s emphasis on inclusive growth paves the way for a tremendous increase in direct allocations to NHOs to improve their socioeconomic status.
