Capella Holdings, with its main business is F&B Hospitality, which owns well-known brands including Chill Sky Bar, Air 360 Sky Bar; Riverside Palace Convention Center, Claris Palace, Capella Park View, Capella Gallery Hall…Capella Holdings has also expanded its presence in the real estate business with The One Saigon, consumer retail, healthcare, education, high tech agriculture, etc., many other areas to become a multidisciplinary development corporation.

In the past few years, F&B has opened up optimistic prospects for Capella Holdings because of its high revenue and profit growth. Up to now, within just six years, the group has owned nine F&B brands and 20 outlets with an average growth rate of 2 brands per year and 3-4 business per year.

Currently, Capella Holdings is recognized as one of the few reputable and most respected brands in Vietnam in the F&B industry. With these achieved foundations, company can establish a strong foothold and be ready for all resources as a prerequisite to launch a new journey in the future.

Formation and Development

2006

Established Ben Thanh Apartment Limited Company.

10/2008

Officially equitized with the new name: Ben Thanh Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (trade name: Ben Thanh Land); At the same time the function of the Company is also expanded to many areas.

Saigon Carmart – Member of Ben Thanh Land) is appointed by Hyundai Thanh Cong to be the official distributor for imported Hyundai and Hyundai cars assembled in the country. In late 2009, Saigon Carmart became one of the most successful Hyundai dealers in the South.

09/2009

Established Thu Do Trading and Service Joint Stock Company to exploit Capital Palace Convention & Wedding Center (03 Dang Van Sam, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City) with scale of area is 14,267 m² and up to 3800 wedding banquet tables and conferences.

12/2009

Acquired 51% stakes and became the dominant shareholder of Nhu Ngoc Import-Export Joint Stock Company to prepare for the implementation of real estate projects of this company.

Established Ben Thanh Times Square Trading and Service JSC.

Established Ben Thanh Consulting and Construction Corporation.

Established Ben Thanh Multimedia Advertising Solution JSC.

09/2010

Associated with Duc Khai Joint Stock Company, established Ben Thanh – Duc Khai Real Estate Exchange (71-79 Dong Khoi, District 1) with the original purpose is to co-distribute the project of Echo Residential (Era) Town, District 7-owned by Duc Khai Company.

10/2010

Ben Thanh Land relocated its headquarters to “residential” at Floor 4, Ben Thanh Times Square Building (136-138 Le Thi Hong Gam, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City).

12/2010

The Hyundai 3S Showroom in the South of Vietnam was opened at 360D Ben Van Don, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City, with an area of over 3,000 m², equipped with a modern and synchronous system of equipment, including a 400 m² showroom, office space of more than 200 m², a 400 m² service workshop, and a capacity of 100 vehicles per day.

03/2011

Opened Riverside Palace Convention Center (360D Ben Van Don, District 4) with the capacity of 5,000 guests at the same time. One of the largest and most luxurious conference center in Ho Chi Minh City.

12/2013

Opened Wedding – Conference Center Claris Palace (22 Hiep Binh, Hiep Binh Phuoc, Thu Duc District) in the campus of 7,000 m2. Claris Palace with 6 banquet halls can accommodate 3,000 guests.

12/2014

Opened Capella Parkview Convention Center (03, Dang Van Sam Street, Ward 9, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City).

Opened Air 360 Skybar (22nd Floor, Ben Thanh Tower, 136-138 Le Thi Hong Gam Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City).

Opened of La Vie En Rose (21st Floor, Ben Thanh Tower, 136 – 138 Le Thi Hong Gam, District 1, HCMC).

Opened Hey Hey Beer Club (360B, Ben Van Don, District 4, HCMC).

2015

Renamed from Ben Thanh Land Real Estate Joint Stock Company into Capella Holdings to become a multi-disciplinary corporation for F & B services and entertainment as core business. .

The acquisition of Chill Skybar, Sorae Japanese Restaurant, San Fu Lou Chinese Restaurant has created a turning point for Capella Holdings Capella Holdings to be incorporated,

owns seven famous brands including: Entertainment (Air 360 Sky Bar, Chill Bar, La Vie En Rose Live Music & Bar), Convention Center (Riverside Palace, Claris Palace, Capella Park View, Capella Center)

Expanding real estate business development (The One Saigon Apartments), hotels, offices, e-commerce, consumer retail, healthcare, education, high-tech agriculture.
