Administrative Remarks, Form CG-3307, COMDTINST 1000.14DB. Administrative Remarks, Form CG-3307, COMDTINST 1000.14C1. This ACN announces promulgation of REF (A) and the cancellation of REF (B).2. REF (A) updates the list of authorized and unauthorized personnel to signAdministrative Remarks, Form CG-3307 entries. This Instruction should be reviewedin its entirety by CG members and commands.3. No paper distribution will be made of REF (A) but is available on the CGPortal:https://cg.portal.uscg.mil/library/SitePages/Home.aspx, and on the Internet:http://www.dcms.uscg.mil/directives.4.
