  The Icelandic Competition Authority investigated the purchase by Orkla ASA of a 80% holding in Nói Síríus hf. Orkla ASA already owns a 20% holding in Nói Síríus. The companies operate only partially in the same field, ie., on the market for wholesale of candy, on the market for wholesale of savoury snacks and on the market for wholesale of Ready-to-eat-cereals.
