Action4Youth is a leading charity providing positive, often transformational experiences and activities which inspire children and young people. Our aim is to enable young people of all abilities to learn to challenge themselves and work with others - learning what they can achieve rather than what they can’t. We deliver outstanding outdoor education at The Caldecotte Xperience in Milton Keynes which offers an extensive range of activities. We are a Duke of Edinburgh approved activity provider. Action4Youth represents local youth clubs and organisations throughout the county giving guidance and support to help their growth and development.

  Half price BOOST! programme for secondary schools and Alternative Provision We are currently offering our five-day BOOST! personal development programme at half price - £2400 (usually £4800). BOOST! supports secondary-aged young people – particularly those with additional needs – through: • Three in-school workshop days • Two outdoor education days • Practical sessions on resilience, employability, budgeting, leadership and more • Structured activities that build confidence, teamwork and independence Delivered in SEND schools, PRUs, Alternative Provision and mainstream settings, BOOST! is designed to complement PSHE and wider personal development priorities without increasing staff workload. For a limited period, schools can also book two programmes for £4800.   On Monday evening, our Action4Youth minibus was stolen. It is more than “just a vehicle”. It is a key part of how we get young people to and from activities safely, and it was fully SEND accessible. Even with insurance in place, the immediate impact is very real: transport is suddenly tighter, plans need reshuffling and the team has spent this week problem-solving around something we normally take for granted. Moments like this remind us how much our work depends on the quiet, practical support behind the scenes - the partners who help keep the wheels turning, literally and figuratively. We are getting on with it (as we always do), but it is a timely reminder that youth services can be fragile without strong community backing. If your organisation is exploring CSR partnerships, community sponsorship, in-kind support or staff volunteering, we would love to talk about how we can work together this year.
