• Q: I don't have an Akrapovic muffler, can I order one and mount on my exhaust ? No, these spare parts are for Akrapovic mufflers only, we don't have idea if the can be used on other brands exhausts.
• Q: My KTM / Husqvarna has an Akrapovic Exhaust, can you provide spare parts? A: No, Akrapovic spare parts for KTM / Husqvarna are sold only by KTM / Husqvarna . We either do not have a list of spare parts, therefore we are not able to answer to any question, please ask your KTM / Husqvarna dealer.
• Q: On my exhaust I found impressed a part number starting with "M-" (eg M-HZ001) which kit should I order? A: The Akrapovic exhaust codes start all with "S-" (eg S-B10SO1-HASZ), the M-code identifies the exhaust spare muffler, just with the M- code we can not identify the exhaust and then the spare parts.
• Q: I bought an Akrapovic exhaust at an official BMW dealer (eg Akrapovic BMW HP for R1200GS ) which kit should I order ? A: The exhausts sold by BMW and branded Akrapovic are different from those sold through the Akrapovic dealer network, therefore we can not identify the spare parts codes, you must contact a BMW official dealer. Before buying an exhaust outside the Akrapovic official dealer network (exhaust sold directly by the motorcycle manufacturer and branded Akrapovic) ask your dealer if he can then sell to you spare parts, it happens that most of these dealers are not able or do not want to sell spare parts. We as Carpi Moto will keep selling spare parts for all the exhaust we sold on this web site until they will be available in Akrapovic.
• Q: an Akrapovic exhaust is installed on my bike, why is this spare part not compatible with my bike? A: It's not compatible because your bike comes from factory without the Akrapovic exhaust, so we can't indicate a replacement for an accessory as compatible on a bike that doesn't mount the accessory as standard.
• Q: I have found the correct spare part but it is not "in stock", how long does it take to arrive, is it possible to have a precise delivery date, is it possible to request an urgent shipment? A: Waiting times for Akrapovic spare parts are very long, Akrapovic (the factory in Slovenia) processes spare parts orders in about 45/60 days. It is not possible to request an exact delivery date, and furthermore it would not be respected; It is not possible to request an urgent shipment.
