Đây là quyển sách truyền cảm hứng khám phá lịch sử nhất mà tôi từng được đọc (ít nhất cũng hơn những quyển giáo trình khô khan mà tôi chỉ muốn học cho qua). Hoặc cũng có thể là câu chuyện về nhà xâm lược thế giới Alexander Đại đế và khát vọng của ông vĩ đại thật sự.Ở Việt Nam, lịch sử có thể được học sinh khắp cả nước xem môn học đáng chán nhất.
