  Reviewed in the United States on June 12, 2011Verified Purchase As usual Dr. Lam in an excellent Tai Chi instructor. I have learned from four of his DVD's in the past. I must say this form has taken me the longest to learn since I am most use to the Yang Style and the Sun Style in the Tai Chi for Arthritis DVD. I love the way he breaks down each move. I can keep going back to it and watch it over and over again to get the move down. I became a Certified Instructor for Tai Chi for Arthritis because of learning from his DVD. I would recommend for anyone who loves Tai Chi to get this DVD and learn this form. Since it combines moves from all four of the main Chinese tai chi forms it is challenging to learn and beautiful to watch. Because of Dr. Lam's easy way of teaching I have learned three tai chi forms from him. Making the total number of tai chi forms I now know and practice at seven.
