Amstron's AP-GC2 offers several advantages over both conventional flooded batteries and gel cell batteries. Because of its AGM technology, the AP-GC2 is truly a hassle free battery. You will never have to worry about maintaining water levels or accidental spillage. Additionally, since there is no free liquid, this battery will not be damaged if frozen, our GC2 AGM battery is rarely damaged by freezing temperatures.

The battery has also been designed to reduce heat generation during the charge and discharge cycles, providing you longer and more reliable cycle life. The AP-GC2 also has low self discharge rates, allowing the battery to be stored for longer periods of time without the need of a boost charge.

It's superior design provides less than 4% gas emission, allowing the AP-GC2 to be used in aircraft applications and in areas with enclosed spaces (but not in sealed or gas-tight containers). It's plates are constructed, rigidly mounted and tightly packed to withstand shock and vibration; giving you years of reliable, dependable and maintenance free use.
