Molecular motions have been studied in a powder sample of 2-adamantanone by using pulsed (T1 and T2) and continuous (M2) wave techniques NMR from 140 to 480K. Between 150K and 178K, two different phases (plastic and brittle) coexist with a ratio which has been measured at each temperature with the absorption line and with the free induction decay signal.
