Such A Beautiful Place To Be!

The Dragon Hotel is a very lovely and serene place with beautiful Asian art throughout. The restaurant is a garden and the most tranquil spot imaginable to enjoy wonderful food that is beautifully presented. The guest rooms are enchanting, with scenic murals and pretty furniture as decor. However, the most impressive aspect of the Dragon Hotel was how gracious, helpful and engaging the staff was. They were there to help in all ways; getting taxis, changing money, directions to places in Hanoi, anything needed. Also, something important to remember is that it is impeccably clean and cared for. The Hotel is much loved by is owners and staff. I would not consider staying anywhere else in Hanoi.

We really loved this place.Dragon hotel at 48 Xuan Dieu street in Tay Ho district is wonderful located at a lake. The service was excellent and the staff incredibly friendly. They are always ready to help you. The hotel decoration is exceptional. We loved the layout and the traditional Vietnamese atmosphere. All the rooms are spacious and have excellent and dito spacious beds. Wifi is available throughout the hotel and had a good speed. The restaurant is beautiful. We certainly would recommend this hotel for others. Easy access to all the hotspots of Ha Noi. Enjoy jour stay!

Fantastic Service, Position

I stayed here (with my son) for 10 days approximately and I cannot say enough good things about this hotel.It is conveniently situated close to good restaurants and has a great view over the lake. The atmosphere is extremely friendly and congenial. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, really going above and beyond the call of duty. The rooms and linen were clean/cleaned daily, fruit and water was provided to the room daily. In short my son and I had a very happy time here. I highly recommend it.

Great hotel, lovely and caring staff!

We have just enjoyed another lovely stay at the Dragon Hotel. Thank you Mr Jimmy and Staff for looking after us so well, nothing was too much trouble. Mr Jimmy also efficiently organised trips and flights for us during our stay. We had the same delightful room as before, with a little balcony, overlooking the lake. We love the atmosphere of the hotel, the beautiful and exotic artefacts, the kindness and helpfulness of the staff – one is always greeted with a warm welcome! We hope to return!

The best hotel

Just one night at Dragon Hotel, I feel the best service that I have ever been. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I was warmly welcomed by Jimmy who give me some useful tips about Hanoi. They could walk the distances to get my needs. My room is upgraded to the Lake view which has the very nice view of Hanoi. Everything around is really carm, peaceful and convenient. I would recommend this hotel for others.

Incredible Services

I stayed here only one night, but I can feel the best service that I have ever seen before. Warm welcome from Jimmy, he also give me some useful tips in Hanoi and help me to book Halong Bay trip which is brilliant. The staff is so friendly and helpful in their services, even in a far away distance. The hotel and room is nice too. I would like to recommend the hotel for others.

11/10 would visit and stay again.

The hotel was absolutely stunning, the staff was always ready to help and courteous. The view from both sides of the hotel were great, If I were to stay there, I would recommend the VIP rooms or any room with a lake view. The decor and the facade were impressive to say the least, I enjoyed my time in Hanoi and the hotel was definitely a major part of it.
