Design and connectivity: It's a workstation that takes up very little space on the desk and has sufficient connectivity. Performance and software: The M1 Max provides the power for graphics tasks, while Monterey takes care of everyday tasks. I'm a designer, video editor, and animator. I use Adobe After Effects intensively, but the program tends to be unstable. It's not an option for production situations as many effects and plugins are still not compatible with M1's native version. It's possible to work on light projects and I recommend you save your work every 5-10 minutes. Conclusion: It's good and beautiful, but not cheap. It is a good option for those who like Mac systems.
Pros
- 10-core CPU (2 high-efficiency + 8 high-performance).
- 24-core or 32-core GPU. Three times the power of the original M1 chip.
- Has a 400GB per second speed of its RAM.
- Up to 64GB of unified RAM memory
Cons
- GPU deficiency, compared to Nvidia's GPUs like the 3090 and 3070 ti, 3080ti, and 3090 ti. It also doesn't outperform the AMD 6900xt
- High price for the configuration that best fits your budget
