Mission

The Arsenal Tattoo and Design opened it's doors on November 2, 1994, in Bryan, Texas. This tattoo studio was the brainchild of Pat Beck. His mission was to offer top quality tattoos in a comfortable and creative atmosphere. Pat ran the Arsenal until May of 2002, at which time he married and moved to Dallas. Cliff Collard assumed operations at The Arsenal after his mentor's departure, maintaining the The Arsenal's tradition of excellence in Bryan until 2004. After almost ten years at the same location, the third incarnation of The Arsenal Tattoo legacy was created when the original studio relocated to College Station. The Arsenal Tattoo and Design continues to be the premier full custom tattoo studio in the Bryan/College Station area.
