Great laptop! Good for xbox games when I'm away from home – All round good computer. Its light, compact but a good size to play games on. The build is good enough for me to play xbox games and other high demand games when I'm away from home. Its also the TUFF series, so its solid and can take the accidental bump. Good laptop, pretty satisfied – This is my first gaming laptop and to be honest it feels good. The keys feel nice to press and the layout is satisfying to use. The laptop does what I need it to, fulfilling the gaming and work aspects I require. The display looks pretty good too and is just about the right size. So far so good. Fast and clean looking – Using this laptop for general day to day browsing and occasional gaming. So far so good. Very fast, I wish they had the option for the 90wh battery or at least make it easy to purchase but the 48wh will have to do until it eventually needs to be replaced. and opens with ease. Screen is pretty dull but fine for indoor use. I chose this laptop because of the ryzen 4800h cpu and it flies. Its good to see JB hifi stock the newer models and not just the old amd and intel cpus. This model also has the 1660 ti. I know they 20 series are out but they are hard to find and they are not that much faster (They use the max q models i believe in this price range and i cant justify the price jump for the non q)

durability also appealed. I think the design seems pretty good and the keyboard has a nice feel to it. I have only ever used non gaming computers prior so did find it more heavy than normal. Also just the initial setup of the computer had the fan going pretty loudly and it getting a bit hotter than my previous computer did. I am not a big fan of the backlighting (especially how it changes colour) but I understand that is pretty standard for gaming computers and it can probably be switched off.

had a big improvement in the past year and suggested me consider to buy laptops instead of desktop.

He suggested this ASUS TUF A15 to me, which has an AMD R7 4800H CPU together with 1660ti graphic card and the price is very competitive compare to a desktop with similar configuration and you get a portable solution. After a quick check of a few reviews, I decided to buy this one but was a bit unsure how good its performance will be.

Now I've been using it for 4days. I have played world of warcraft, LOL and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. I'm quite happy with the performance it has with all these x3 games. I can run a high-quality video setting now on all the x3 games and playing smoothly.

I should mention that the screen of the laptop is a nice 144HZ screen but too small for me, so I did use extra screen for gaming. But think about using a desktop PC, you still need an extra screen but then you can't carry it when travelling while for this laptop you can.

A lot review says the laptop was a bit noisy when playing hard-core games. I'd say it is but depends on how you use it and what you expecting. I use it as a desktop when playing world of warcraft (with an external screen, keyboard and mouse), I'd say other desktops with similar price are going to have a similar level of noise.

All in all, I think this one has a good value for its price. Good for those casual PC game players like me and it's definitely a good solution if you want to enjoy gaming both at home and when travelling.

Gaming excellence! – I love this laptop. Scintillating colour-changing keyboard makes working on it a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Also the graphics on this amazing computer enhance all gaming adventures. There is a webcam so there is no requirement to attach an external one. All inclusive. bulldoze through at 144 fps (it gets frame drops), it can still do a solid 72 fps without any interruptions. The keyboard looks cool too. If you need more memory space later on, there is an additional slot for a second SSD. The fact this is a portable device is also really handy. Overall, I think it's worth the price.

processor (which appears to be quite capable) with GeForce GTX 1660Ti graphics goes well above typical configurations of similarly priced laptops. Combined with the rugged TUF design (reported - and confirmed by 'touch and feel') - and a previous positive personal experience with high build quality of ASUS laptops - the offer looked too good for me compared to the available alternatives. Out of the box experience confirmed I have probably made the right choice! No excessive heat or noise, fast actions, quiet keyboard (although can take some time to get used to minor quirks of design) As part of the attractive package of features, quality and price of the laptop, I can live with somewhat 'juvenile' peculiarities of design.

the look of the machine as it is a bit more interesting than a standard laptop. I haven't found anything that I dislike yet, but I do wish more laptops these days still had a built in CD drive (this one does not).
