17000ft Foundation unlocks its capacity to scale

We are excited to share that Atma has launched an online “Intermediary Database”, as part of Bridgespan’s Pay-What-It-Takes India Initiative, aimed at building resources in the social sector. The Database provides access to a curated list of 100 organizations and independent professionals, specializing in offering organizational development support to NGOs.

India's social issues, rooted in factors like poverty, inequality, a sizable population, and rapid economic development, are both diverse and complex.

Solving these issues demands multifaceted approaches targeting root causes.

NGOs play a vital role in addressing complex challenges by crafting solutions grounded in a deep understanding of on-the-ground social issues.

As of 2023, there are 252,000 registered NGOs, as reported in India's Million Missions – Non-Profit Sector Report.

The lack of awareness, access to resources and limited organisational capacities in NGOs leads to their inability to sustain & and grow and therefore deliver on their vision and mission
