Factual Information

On October 16, 2012, about 1930 central daylight time, a Lake model 250, Canadian registration C-GZLC, impacted terrain during approach near Pickle Lake, Ontario, Canada. The pilot and two passengers were fatally injured. A third passenger was seriously injured. The accident investigation is under the jurisdiction and control of the Transportation Safety Board of Canada.
