  🌱 BambuUP fosters provincial innovation, supporting the growth journey of An Vị Gruel With its herbal-based nutritious porridge, An Vị Gruel is one of 11 youth initiatives supported under the program “Youth-led Initiatives for Safe Migration and Human Trafficking Prevention” - Season 3, Business & Entrepreneurship Component, organized by IOM Viet Nam, implemented by BambuUP, and funded by the UK Government. Originating as an applied research project in Traditional Medicine, the initiative had previously remained within laboratory settings and academic competitions. Through one-on-one mentoring with experts and the close support of the program, the team gradually shifted its mindset from pure research to commercialization: ✨ Clearly defining an MVP aligned with market needs ✨ Repositioning the product and refining its communication message ✨ Addressing key challenges in cost structure, supply chain, legal compliance, and business modeling To date, An Vị Gruel has secured its first pilot orders, received real user feedback, and built an initial brand foundation.
