For youth-led initiatives at the local level, human resource management requires an especially flexible and practical mindset. At the group discussion session on Human Resource Management, within the framework of the “Youth-led Initiatives for Safe Migration and Human Trafficking Prevention” Program - Season 3, Business & Entrepreneurship Component, participating projects reflected on core principles for building teams that fit each stage of growth. 💡 Hire the right people at the right time Rather than seeking “perfect” candidates, projects learned to prioritise team members who are willing to take on multiple roles, flexibly moving between strategy and execution well suited to each phase from MVP to growth. 💡 Build an operating system, not just manage people The “three-pillar” mindset Objectives (MBO), Culture, and Processes helps teams operate more effectively while reducing reliance on individual control. 💡 Retain people through pathways, not just motivation When team members can see their own future within the project, they are more likely to stay and grow with it.   🌱 Provincial innovation in action: Youth-led initiatives on the ground Since October 2025, following a series of in-depth 1-1 consultations on business operations and financial management, along with workshops strengthening knowledge in marketing and event organization, 11 youth-led business and entrepreneurship initiatives have received seed funding (approximately VND 70-100 million per team) to continue incubating their business models and connecting with potential customers. As part of closely monitoring progress and assessing the impact of this support, IOM and BambuUP conducted on-site visits last week to work directly with two representative initiatives: ✨ Doong Bui Homestay: A project in Quang Tri, turning community-based tourism into a local livelihood engine ✨ VietHED: A heritage education project in Hue City, bringing heritage education closer to young people and local communities The field visits revealed clear progress in how these teams approach operations, leverage local assets, and connect with the broader local innovation ecosystem since joining the program. 🎯 From the inspiring stories of these passionate young changemakers, BambuUP believes that the “Youth Initiative for Safe Migration and Human Trafficking Prevention - Season 3” represents a timely and meaningful intervention: It not only turns entrepreneurial ideas into reality, but also empowers young people to contribute actively to local socio-economic development.   🔺 The ASK Model: A Triangle for Building Inner Capacity in Youth-Led Initiatives At a certain point in the entrepreneurial journey, young founders begin to realize that the greatest challenge is not what to do next, but whether they have the inner capacity to keep going. 🤝 Within the framework of the “Youth-led Initiatives for Safe Migration and Human Trafficking Prevention” Program - Season 3, Business & Entrepreneurship Component, the journey of accompanying youth-led local initiatives goes beyond financial support, knowledge transfer, or technical tools alone. It is a process of building inner strength, shaping how young people see themselves, how they face challenges, and the confidence they need to continue on the path they have chosen. During the recent group discussion on Event Organization under the "Youth-led Initiatives for Safe Migration and Human Trafficking Prevention" - Season 3 (Business & Entrepreneurship Component), project teams revisited a core question: 💡 How can an event truly create value for a startup model?
