Ung thư bàng quang (UTBQ) là một bệnh thường gặp. Đa số u xuất phát từ tế bào biểu mô chuyển tiếp (98%), trong đó 90% là biểu mô chuyển tiếp đường bài tiết, 6% biểu mô vảy [1]. Soi bàng quang có sinh thiết là tiêu chuẩn vàng trong chẩn đoán UTBQ. Chụp CLVT đa dãy rất có giá trị trong chẩn đoán UTBQ nhất là về vị trí, mức độ xâm lấn của khối u giúp các nhà lâm sàng lựa chọn phương pháp phẫu thuật phù hợp. Hai mục tiêu của đề tài: “Mô tả đặc điểm hình ảnh của UTBQ trên CLVT đa dãy” và “Đánh giá giá trị của chụp CLVT đa dãy trong chẩn đoán UTBQ.Đối tượng và phương pháp: Từ tháng 08/2013 đến tháng 08/2014, có 92 bệnh nhân u bàng quang không phân biệt tuổi, giới, nghề nghiệp, nơi cư trú,... được chụp CLVT 64 dãy trước và sau tiêm thuốc cản quang đường tĩnh mạch, được phẫu thuật và có kết quả GPB.Kết quả: CLVT đa dãy chẩn đoán xâm lấn xung quanh của UTBQ có độ nhạy 89,6%, độ đặc hiệu 81,8%, độ chính xác 85,9%.
