Examples of BCC Notes in a sentence

As of the Closing Date, (i) after giving effect to the restructuring of the BCC Notes and the B▇▇▇▇▇ Notes and (ii) exclusive of (A) the principal amount of the senior secured convertible promissory note of the Company in favor of Parent (the “Parent Note”) and (B) the principal amount of the Second Parent Note, the Indebtedness of the Company shall be less than Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000).
