Pulse: The 556XI is a decent rifle to go as Pulse's primary weapon. Though the are better assault rifles in the game, the options for his primary weapon are limited. To balance his arsenal, equip the M45 MEUSOC with the Muzzle Brake attach for a secondary weapon with better damage output.
Alibi: Alibi is one of the Operators in the game that has weapons unique to only her. Her Mx4 Storm is a great starting weapon, but her ALDA 5.56 is where Alibi shines. Combine that with the KERATOS .357, and she's got a fantastic two-gun combo. Make sure to equip her with any of the two RECON Drones, as her ability is deployable remotely from it.
Lion: The HK417 is amazing at taking out enemies from afar, especially when you attached the Scope 3.0x on it—you'll take out most Archæans with one shot to their Weak Spots. Use the Revive Kit on Lion to go with his passive ability to revive with an additional 30 Health Boost.
Vigil: Vigil's starting weapon is the choice for many players that include him in their rotation. But the Mk 14 EBR hits like a truck, equip it with a long-range scope, and you'll wipe a group of Archæans before they know what hit them. His SMG-12 packs an insane fire rate and has a built-in suppressor—what's not to like?
IQ: You can either go for the 552 COMMANDO or the G8A1 for IQ; you can't go wrong here. While IQ only has one option for a secondary. Her ability at max-level makes up for it; detecting all types of enemies, including Apex and Proteans, is a massive advantage for any squad.

Jager: We recommend staying away from shotguns as much as possible in this game—they're unreliable and cause too much noise. With that said, unlock the 416-C CARBINE as fast as possible for Jager. In addition, unless you have a Rook in your team, equip Body Armor to boost Jager's low base armor.
Fuze: A push-heavy Operator will need a loud weapon by his side. The 6P41 is just that, and it's also his starting primary weapon. Unequip the suppressor, and you're hitting Archæans for 46 damage on a 100 bullet mag.
Smoke: Another Operator with an excellent starting weapon, Smoke's L85A2 is a terrific medium to long-range assault rifle that compliments his base ability. His passive skill, Resilient Revival, is boosted with his SMG-11—making reviving by killing Archæans so much easier. Use a Scan Mine on top of his smoke to reveal enemies easier.
Tachanka: Though Tachanka truly shines with his mounted LMG, that doesn't mean he can't have a strong loadout. His starting semi-auto shotgun is not the worst gun out there, but there's no better combo than a Russian with an AK. Top that off with the high-damage PMM pistol, and you'll melt Archæans with hundreds of bullets.
Capitao: The PARA-308 is another excellent starting primary weapon. Though he only has one option for a secondary, Capitao is equipped with a third weapon in his trusty TAC MK0 Crossbow. Throw in a Paralysis Grenade, and you'll be able to close the distance between you and Archæans blinded by your smoke bolt.
Gridlock: Gridlock's true weapon is her traps. To amplify her already strong ability to hold down an area, equip the ARC Mine to damage incoming enemies slowed by your traps. She is also the only Operator in the game with a shotgun as an option for her secondary.

Doc & Rook: Like Lion, using the HK417 is a must—it is one of the best guns in the game. Doc and Rook are already incredible Operators with their base abilities alone, so when it comes to their secondary and especially their REACT Techs, feel free to mix and match to see what goes best with your current Objectives.
Finka: For Finka, you can either go for her starting bullpup assault rifle or go gun-blazing with her 6P41 LMG; they're both great weapons with impressive firepower and accuracy. Throw in a Paralysis Grenade and an Explosive Harness into her loadout, and she's ready to back up anyone in her team.

Ela: Ela has the potential to have to best loadout out of any Operators in the game. With her ability to stun any Archæans, Ela can practically solo Incursions with no sweat, especially when using the LMG-E—it boasts a ridiculous 150 mag capacity. Her RG15 pistol is also excellent, one of the few pistols in the game with a built-in scope.
Hibana: Hibana's selection of primary weapons is not all that great outside of MP5SD. Its integrated suppressor and good recoil control make a solid weapon to go with her BEARING 9 secondary. Equip the always-reliable Stun Grenade and the Explosiveness Harness to complete her loadout.
Sledge: Sledge doesn't need guns when his hammer can one-shot most low to mid-level Archæans. For those enemies he can't kill in one hit, he can stun them. However, to enhance his already great offensive capability, the AR33 and the P226 MK 25 are dependable backups if you don't feel like smashing aliens to the ground.
Nomad: Similar to Ela, Nomad, has unique weapons available in her arsenal. Either the ARX200 or the AUG A3 are great choices when playing Nomad. Just don't forget to equip a Revive Kit for Nomad to go with her passive ability, Stronger Recovery, and her high-powered .44 Mag Semi-Auto pistol—it even comes with an integrated low-power scope.
