best Noctua CPU cooler

Mar 17, 2016 5 0 1,510 Hey everyone! First of all, sorry for my bad english. I have a not a high cost gaming PC, but it is so loud when playing games. I figured out that it is because of cpu box cooler. So i decided to buy new one. I heard that Noctua has very good coolers and i like their design(i know thats kinda weird...) but there is so many models and i dont know which one is the best for me. I want 1)lowest possible price 2)low noise 3)normal temps. I found these: NOCTUA NH-U9B SE2 NOCTUA NH-D9L NOCTUA NH-U9S NOCTUA NH-U12S Are they good? Are they quiet? Which one is the best? Which one should i buy? Thanks everyone for help! Solution I can't give you reviews about each and every one of them but, the last one, the NOCTUA NH-U12S, is a 120mm cooler so it has a 120mm fan vs the other ones who has 92mm fans. This means that it should be able to push out more air and thus, cool better more quietly. However, the NOCTUA NH-U9B SE2 has the lowest sound rating of them all at a maximum of 17.6dB, it comes with 2 fans as well, which is a plus. Personally I would choose the 120mm one because it's the biggest and should cool the best but according to your needs I see that NOCTUA NH-U9B SE2 seems the best, it costs 55 dollars ATM at Amazon which is cheapest of them all. But if you squeeze those 4 dollars and get the 120mm cooler that'd be better. Otherwise, get the NOCTUA NH-U9B... Sort by date Sort by votes S
