Besides the Enermax Liqtech II TR4 360 RGB that doesn't seem particularly reliable, the Thermaltake Water 3.0 ARGB Sync 360 and Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML360 RGB TR4 Edition seems to be one of the good options.

Personally if you have the time and money i would do custom water cooling as it gives the best results.
