Natalis awesome service helped my decision to purhcase my bed

Hi Natali Bray,

Thank you for your amazing customer service, and for educating me on your adjustable beds. I have never made such an investment in a bed, but given that we spend alot of our lives sleeping its a no brainer that we invest in a bed that gives us the comfort and support. I have found that because of my bed I no longer have sever back pains, and my favourite fuction is the adjustable part as I am able to sit up with comfort or lay a certain way with feet elevated if need be.

Your friendly, warm and informative service did help with making my decision to make a purchase and then went over and above to work out my financing and delivery, It been over a year and I just wanted to say thank you :) Show details ·  1

Be Careful

Good service and delivery was positive. Suggest your decision should be made carefully as they do not provide a trail period. We find the foam bed to cause back pain. Pain Free Nights Sleep

My husband and I stumbled across Better Living Beds at the home show in Brisbane. We were encouraged to test out the Better Living electric beds. Selena demonstrated the bed with all the features and functions . . . needless to say we bought ourselves a dual King sized electric bed. It is amazing. I can finally say now that I sleep well and don't wake up with aches and pains. I can highly recommend a Better Living bed to anyone wanting a perfect night's sleep. Love our bed

I'd like to give a big shout out to Tarina Callanan who went above and beyond to get us our bed after waiting a number of years to be able to afford it. I have arthritis in my back and I also have GERD. My husband has a back injury and serious heart issues. Only having the bed a week, we can already notice the difference. I'm not in pain in the mornings when I get up and we both have a better quality of sleep. My only complaint is the poor quality of delivery service. The freight company contracted to BLA have poor communication skills. Perfect for me

During last year I was diagnosed with 2 different cancers. I found my adjustable bed helped me so much after my operations. So great for my health issues

I suffer from a spinal disorder and since buying this bed my back pain has decreased considerably. Wouldn't be without it!!!!!

Due to ill health I have struggled to have a good nights sleep for many years leaving me sore and stiff in the morning. After trying several different beds to no avail, I found "Better Living Beds" Now I spring out of bed, the soreness and stiffness has all but goneThe bed has so many adjustments I believe anyone would be able to find a position for a good nights sleep

Waste of nearly $12000

We bought a King Single and a Double a month ago and so far my wife has already ditched her KS as it was to soft and she woke up in more pain than enough. We have tried to sort this out with Better living Australia, and yes, we've done everything they've suggested but as there's no cooling off period we've now lost nearly $6000 unless we can sell the KS privately. We have had to go out and buy a normal KS for my wife just so she can get a reasonable nights sleep.I'm not overly happy with my Double for the same reasons, but am putting up with i... Read moret because of the bad treatment with my wife's KS plus we can't afford to outlay yet more money to buy me a new normal bed. I just wish Better Living Australia would admit that not 100% of the suckers on this planet are or even would be happy with their beds and would simply give us our money back. As soon as I can afford it, I'll be replacing my Double with another normal bed too.

MOST AMAZING BED EVER

We purchased the Dual Queen Adjustable Bed 7 years ago and is still as good as the day we brought it. I can honestly say that it's the best purchase we have ever made. My husband was a VERY loud snorer and had sleep apnea. After purchasing this bed, NO more annoying snoring and the sleep apnea problem was solved. I could not recommend this bed anymore highly. Yes, its not cheap, totally agree but how much is your health and wellbeing worth? Plus, how much does a regular mattress cost, are they as comfortable as this bed (definitely not) and how often do you need to replace the mattress because it goes saggy? Hi There,I tried your Queen Singles at the Fremantle Boat and Fishing Show and like the bed. I was told by your sales team that the motors were made in Germany, but I read an article when I was researching your product, that your company was fined back in July 2015 for stating in your brochure that your product has been awarded a certificate by the TGA and also for stating that the motors were made in Germany, when in fact they were made in China. Can you clarify that for me, as I was definitely interested in buying your beds, prior to reading that article.RegardsMarlar Deane

are referring to was issued to the previous owner- myself and my husband purchased Better Living Australia in July 2016, and has to make many changes to how things were being portrayed to customers. So the Motors we use in all of our beds are Okin Motors, Okin is a product designed and produced in Germany. Our beds are assemble and made in China, and we have no problems being transparent about that because the quality is so high because I have designed and selected everything used. And with regards to the TGA, we are registered - so we have applied to the ARTG for a TGA registration and meet the requirements for out product to be classed as a medical product.
