Bitoner Resin C-2120

Key Characteristics:

  • Excellent compatibility with various polymers and resins
  • Solubility in various solvents
  • Low molecular weight
  • Low volatility and low odour
  • Good heat stability

Typical Properties:

  • Colour gardner (50% resin solid in Toluene) (ASTM D1544): Max4# Softening point (Ring & Ball) (ASTM E28): 90-97°C
  • Melt viscosity (175℃) (ASTM D3236): Max 350 mPa·s
  • Wax Cloud Point (EVA/Resin/Wax=30/45/25) (ETM 22-10): Max 85 °C
  • Glass Transition Temperature (Tg): midpoint 46°C
  • Acid value (ASTM D974): Max 0.3 mgKOH/g
