The BMW C 400 GT has a proper maxi-scooter design. It gets a sharp apron, along with a tall windscreen and bulky looking headlights. The handlebar cowl and switch gear look quite premium and the BMW logo in the middle is a nice addition. The scooter also features a massive rider’s seat with an inbuilt backrest, which really adds the scooter’s touring potential. Overall, the design is well done and the scooter does look and feel like a proper performance oriented maxi-scooter.

The BMW C 400 GT is powered by a 350cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine which outputs 34PS at 7,500rpm and 35Nm at 5,750rpm. The engine is mated to a continuous variable transmission (CVT).

The BMW C 400 GT gets a 6.5-inch TFT console with smartphone connectivity for features such as navigation and call/SMS alerts. The scooter also gets a keyless ignition system, and a USB charging port as well.

Braking is handled by a dual 265mm disc setup at front and a 265mm disc at the rear, with dual-channel ABS. The scooter has a kerb weight of 219kg (wet) and a tank capacity of 12.8 litres.
