VBMA’s Board of Directors manages the business and affairs of the Association. All Board members have the authority to represent the views of their firms and are elected by the VBMA membership.

Mr. Do Ngoc Quynh graduated with a degree in Economics from Hanoi Foreign Trade University. He has held several key positions, including Deputy Head of Treasury, Director of BIDV International Hong Kong, Head of Treasury at BIDV, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of VNDIRECT Securities Company. In addition, Mr. Quynh is one of the founding members of the Vietnam Bond Market Forum, established in 2006, and the Vietnam Bond Market Association (VBMA), founded in 2009. He has served as the Secretary General of VBMA since its inception.
