This item will be shipped on a next (working) day delivery service.

To qualify for same day despatch & next working day delivery, orders must be placed before 1pm.

• Orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday, will be despatched the same day for delivery the following working day. E.g. an order placed before noon on a Monday would be despatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. An order placed before noon on a Friday would be despatched on Friday for delivery on Monday.
• Orders placed after 1pm, Monday to Friday will be despatched the following working day for delivery the next available working day. E.g. an order placed after 1pm on Monday would be despatched on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday. An order placed after noon on Friday (up to 1pm on Monday) would be despatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

1pm Friday 19th December 2025 – 12pm Monday 22nd December 2025	Sent on a pre Christmas dispatch. Pre Christmas delivery is reliant on courier performance.
12pm Monday 22nd December 2025- 9am Tuesday 30th December 2025/td>	Dispatched on Monday 29th December 2025 or Tuesday 30th December 2025 for delivery either 31st December 2025 or Friday 2nd January 2026.
9am Tuesday 30th December 2025 – 12pm Friday 2nd January 2026	Dispatched Friday 2nd January 2026 on a next working day delivery service.
Friday 2nd January 2026 Onwards	Normal dispatch and delivery time frames resume.

NON-NEXT DAY DELIVERY:

Orders placed on a Non next day delivery service will be dispatched from our warehouse on the following timescales-

Premium One Man Delivery to a ground floor room of choice

Order placed up to 12pm Wednesday 17th December 2025	Sent on a pre-Christmas dispatch. Pre-Christmas delivery is down to courier performance.
12pm Wednesday 17th December 2025 – 12pm Friday 2nd January 2026	Dispatched between Monday 29th December 2025 and Friday 2nd January 2026. The courier will contact you to book in an early January delivery.
Friday 2nd January 2026 Onwards	Normal dispatch and delivery time frames resume

All other Non next day delivery services

Orders received between:	Expected Delivery
Order placed up to 9am Friday 19th December 2025 (Except Northern Ireland, Scotland and Off Shore locations, please email us first to check Pre-Christmas cut off times)	Sent on a pre-Christmas dispatch. Pre-Christmas delivery is down to courier performance.
9am Friday 19th December 2025 – 12pm Friday 2nd January 2026	Dispatched between Monday 29th December 2025 and Friday 2nd January 2026. The courier will contact you to book in an early January delivery.
Friday 2nd January 2026 Onwards	Normal dispatch and delivery time frames resume

Delivery would then be subject to our 3rd party couriers performing their very reliable service we pay them for.
