The queue area is just awful.very snugged.you cannot move without physically bumping onto a customer.

You'll surely love the taste of their honey citrus chicken (though size is a bit smaller), chapchae and the milky kreme-iness of soft ice cream.

It can get very busy at lunch time. We went there at 11: 50am, and placed order. Standard is consistent and good for the price.

This is a Korean-style fast food restaurant, the price is moderate, but not so delicate, mainly to eat fried chicken as I think the taste is OK, but some are too greasy, the restaurant environment is not very good.

I still love the food in Bonchon but this particular branch has rude employees. They ignore you even when the restaurant still wasn’t that busy. Their bathroom door is very hard to close and kind if unhygienic. I wish you take these into consideration. Your loyal customer.

Food is good as with most Bon Chon's. Lunch service here takes a minimum of 30 minutes so try to find someplace else for weekday lunch outs

Went here 11am thinking I can skip the long queue for lunch take out. Sadly, the restaurant takes Food Panda, and Grab Food as priority orders to go. My order of 3 boxed chicken meals came in after an hour of waiting while seeing all the food service couriers go in and out of the restaurant. Lesson: just use food panda or grab food when ordering here or just dine in and wait if you have the luxury of time. Taste-wise food tastes good and service staff was ok:) only problem is the queue

Very delicious chicken, japchae and other meals available. Staffs are also attentive, fast service. Highly recommended!

I love Bonchon specially Beef Bibombowl and bulgogi soup excpet sa pineapple juice parang powdered juice lang kasi unlik sa ibang fast food chains na mas masarap.

I love the food here at BonChon especially their beef stew and their fried chicken. However, they definitely could use a bit more training on how to tidy up their tables. Almost every time I done here, I find the unoccupied tables messy with some food particles and traces of condensed water left by the glasses on the table.

Regular fastfood fare. Korean style. Nothing really special. Quite smallish place. Gets really packed on lunchtime when I went to eat.

As always I was never dissappointed whenever I eat here. The chicken is the best and also the beef stew.

Slow. Or am i just not lucky today? It’s almost 40 minutes since i took my order. Good thing they have good air conditioning system. I’m patient. I’m cool.but am getting hungry. There ain’t that of a crowd in here. Many empty seats. What’s taking them so loooooong? Now am getting a little furious. Konti lang naman. Kaya pa.

It's just another restaurant of Bon Chon. In terms of food, it has been said that only the chicken skin has taste. And I quite agree to that. The chicken meat does not have delicius tast, that is, it is much more close to the taste of an uncooked meat.

Chicken is very delicious - and is right on the budget. For this specific place, choose your seat carefully as the aircon draft can be really intense.

Bonchon is one of our comfort food. We love korean fried chicken. Perfect with bulgogi soup. Also their variant of bibim bowl are all delish. But we noticed that quality of food served is not consistent in their branches. Perfect quality is in BGC brach unlike in Gateway Mall. Food served is not fresh and hot

The food is great, like it a lot. Friendly crew too. My only issue is the space, its too cramp. Its hard to get to your seat if you are at the far end of the table. Same as leaving the table. But all in all, if you want to eat, BonChon's the place.

Small servings but one of the cheapest options in the area. Expect it to be crowded on busy hours.
