HOW TO BOOK AN EVENT

STEP 1

Check dates and availability on our Booking Calendar Page.

STEP 2

Download and review the forms below (PDF), complete the forms, and email ([email protected]).

STEP 3

Submit your payment by check made payable to Binhi At Ani Filipino Community Center.

Please note the following (stated in the Polices & Rental Agreement) – Not following these rules shall be cause for immediate forfeiture of your $500.00 deposit:

Decorations

• All decorations must be free standing.
• No decorations allowed from the ceilings of the stage, the recessed lighting areas, and the overhead pipes.
• No tapes and staples to be used on the stage.

Alcoholic Beverages

Alcoholic Beverages will be allowed only on the following conditions:

1. Renter at its own expense shall hire two licensed bartenders. At least seven days before the event, Renter shall provide the names of the two licensed bartenders and a copy of their license and valid government-issued identification.
2. Renter shall pay an additional fee of $300.00.
3. Renter shall pay an additional fee of $500.00 if alcohol will be BYOB or placed in coolers.

If renter does not pay the alcohol fee and there is any evidence, as determined solely by Binhi at Ani, including without limitation, photos, social media posts, invitations, etc. of alcohol, the security deposit will NOT be returned.

Cooking/Catering

• Cooking may be allowed on outside premise only through the use of a Licensed and insured caterer, who uses his/her own gas stoves. The Center’s stove is used only to keep food warm.
• 48 hours notification is needed if cooking will be done outside.
