Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is a management consulting firm founded in 1963. The firm has more than 90 offices in 50 countries BCG Vietnam is looking for 3 talented CTAs to join our disruptive Digital Transformation Project for a bank in Hanoi. This is an opportunity to have a first-hand experience on day-to-day activities in a top-quality management consulting project, to receive training and guidance from a group of highly talented individuals including local working teams and top international experts.

Scope of work Research: Conduct secondary research, support to set-up and participate in customer and employee interview/surveys and synthesize findings (ethnographic research, human centric design methods) Facilitation: Support facilitating group discussion, brainstorming & ideation sessions, as well as other related workshops Logistic arrangement:

In charge of meeting notes, recap, support materials translation (including live translation during working-team-level team meetings/belief audit interviews if required)
Support to coordinate teams’ overall logistics and internal activities

Scope of work and level of responsibility can be expanded as the candidate skillset improved throughout the project First contract duration: 3 months (high potential to extend if qualified), starting Sep 13 Compensation: Highly competitive Preferred background & competencies: Education: Recent graduate with background or experience in any of the following: Business Management; Digital / Social Media Marketing; Market Insights (Quantitative & Qualitative); Data Analytics; Sociology; Psychology Language: Excellent Vietnamese and English Communication: Good communication skills, able to interact and positively engage with other team members in a professional manner Attitude: Highly proactive, reliable, self-organized, and willing to learn, especially those who are interested in going into consulting
