3. Discontinuation of “Purchase of Clean Bills Drawn on Overseas Banks” Service: Hang Seng Bank continuously reviews and enhances its services to align with the evolving risk management and sustainable business operations. As part of this review, the Bank will discontinue the service for the “Purchase of clean bills (demand draft/clean cheque) drawn on overseas banks credited to Hang Seng accounts” starting 27 October 2025. Customers holding overseas foreign bills may continue to process bank drafts or cheques via collection with overseas banks. Learn more
