30 May, 2020 @ 7:56am C&C 5: Tiberian Rebirth Kane ascended, but his saga isn't over yet.As with the classic games, the Commander may play any of the campaigns in the order he wishes. The game plays 100 years after the hideous C&C4.Nod Campaign, Arch I: Slow and Steady [Nod vs Scrin]KANE ascended with his fellow acolytes to another world, with Tiberium in its initial infestation phase, but with ruins of an old civilization. There he constructed a colony and teach his people how to battle the dangerous lifeforms.But a Scrin Scout Fleet also lay base in the planet. The Messiah must then reactivate his arsenal and ask again for his people to fight for him. He must destroy the Scrin force before they discover that he is in the planet, or worse – finds out WHY he is in the planet.GDI Campaign, Arch I: Saving Earth [GDI vs Nod]After the Ascension, GDI was left to find a way to heal Earth from the Tiberium infestation. After much research, a Nod scientist defector guides GDI in acquiring materials by conquering the remaining Nod army, even more fanatical, that thinks if they can destory GDI then Kane will return to ascend them too.But it was all a ruse. The scientist is indeed a Nod defector, but he wanted nothing more than to create, with the help of GDI resources, a machine that would lead them to Kane, so he would be finally defeated. The end of the first arch is GDI forces opening this Gate.Scrin Campaing, Arch I: Sending Help [Scrin vs GDI]After being locked in a Scrin Tower for too long, the Scrin Foreman finally have the intel to do it. He must fight GDI so he can escape and warn the main fleet of Kane and what happened in Earth. This includes making an alliance with the Forgotten mutants.Foreman do warn the main fleet about Kane, but is killed by the end of the first arch.Scrin Campaing, Arch II: Sending Death [Scrin vs Nod]: Scrin found Kane on the other planet, and now have the chance to make him pay for what he did to them.GDI Campaign, Arch II: Leaving Earth [GDI vs Scrin]: Without any more time, GDI decided the best course of action would be evacuating Earth.Nod Campaign, Arch II: Fast and Furious [Nod vs GDI]: The sudden appearance of GDI in the new planet, the stakes are too high: Kane must find and wake his brother, Abel if his final objective is to survive.The idea behind it is that Joe Kucan is not immortal, and would need to pass the baton to another charismatic, bald evil looking guy. This would be the C&C where Kane is finally killed for real, Earth is left behind and the franchise could start fresh < > Showing 1-15 of 32 comments

It's probably not something that strategy fans will expect, but I personally wouldn't mind C&C shooter done properly (Renegade was amazing, imagine something like this with modern graphics). #9
