How do I identify which bearing I require?
There are a few different ways in which you can identify which bearing you require for your machine,
Almost all bearings that we supply will be stamped with the bearing reference on the side,

These part numbers sometime are not the easiest to read therefore the bearing might require cleaning with an oily rag, or you may need a magnifying glass to see what the part number is.
Once you have found the part number then type that into our search box at the top of the page or use the search box below and you should find the bearing you are looking for.
If you cannot find the part number or the bearing is worn or damaged, you will need to measure the bearing to figure out which part you need. To do this you will need to use a Vernier caliper, and you will need to get three dimensions.

These three measurements will give you the dimensions that you will need to find the bearing you are searching for. Once you have the dimension sizes, type it into our search box in the following order; Inside Diameter, Outside Diameter, and width and our search engine will feed back the products that fit those dimensions.
How do I know I am getting genuine products?
We offer full certification with all the products we sell, you can ask for Certificate’s of Conformity or Certificate of Analysis at the time of placing the order and we will issue these with your Order. (this may incur a small cost depending on the manufactures terms and conditions).
Where do you source all your stock from?
All the products we sell are bought either Directly from the manufacturers or through their approved supplier network, so we can guarantee that you only receive 100% genuine products every time you place an order with us.
What types of lubricants do you offer, and how do I choose the right one?
We supply a wide range of quality lubrication tailored for different industrial needs. SKF specializes in greases and oils for bearings and rotating equipment. Kluber provides high performance lubricants, including food-grade and extreme-condition formulas. Shell offers industrial and automotive lubricants, including hydraulic oils, engine oils and gear oils. Loctite focuses on anti-seize lubricants and threadlockers for maintenance and assembly applications. Molykote offers specialty greases and pastes for high-load and high-temperature scenarios. To choose the right lubricant, consider your equipment type, operating temperature, load, speed, and environmental exposure.
Do I pay the Tax and Duty?
UK and Europe – VAT will be charged at the checkout stage and will be refunded if a valid VAT number is supplied
USA and Canada – All taxes and duties are payed by Quality Bearings Online, so you don’t have to worry about your package being held up in customs.
Rest of the World – Taxes and Duties will have to paid within the destination Country (these will differ depending on the Country) DHL will contact you and let you know how much is needed for the shipment to get to its final destination - our sales team would be happy to clarify any of these points at the point of Order.

Yes. Kluber, Shell, and Molykote offer NSF H1 food-grade lubricants suitable for use in food manufacturing industry. Also, many of the brands we sell offer biodegradable or low-toxicity options designed for environmentally sensitive applications. Always check product certifications and safety data sheets to ensure compliance with your industry standards.
What types of maintenance tools are available, and how do I choose the right tool for bearing installation or removal?

How does shaft misalignment affect bearing life, and what can I do to prevent it?
Shaft misalignment is one of the leading causes of premature bearing failure— especially in heavy-duty equipment. What is the difference between open type, rubber seals or metal shields?
This question normally comes down to the environment the bearings are being used it. For example, if the bearing is being used in a moist environment then you’d choose rubber or metal as the metal is more likely to rust.
If the environment is very contaminated, then you might choose a rubber seal to keep the contaminants from damaging the inside of the bearing.
Your decision could also come down to the temperature the bearing needs to work to or the speeds it needs to reach.
