Trong bài viết này mình sẽ hướng dẫn các bạn cách xoá hoàn toàn Eclipse ra khỏi hệ điều hành Windows.

Eclipse không đi kèm với trình gỡ cài đặt, vì vậy bạn cần thực hiện các bước sau để xóa hoàn toàn Eclipse khỏi máy tính của mình:

• Xoá thư mục tải Eclipse 
• Xoá Eclipse shortcut trên desktop tại C:\Users\YourUserName\Desktop.
• Xoá Eclipse shortcut trên menu tại C:\Users\YourUserName\Start Menu\Programs\Eclipse.
• Xoá thư mục .p2 nằm trong thực mục user home C:\Users\YourUserName\ – Thư mục .p2 lưu trữ bộ nhớ cache, cài đặt và các tệp tạm thời được tạo bởi Eclipse IDE. Tùy thuộc vào cách bạn sử dụng Eclipse, thư mục này có thể chứa một lượng lớn dữ liệu.

LƯU Ý: Nếu bạn không sử dụng Maven nữa, bạn có thể xóa thư mục .m2 trong thư mục user home của mình. Thư mục .m2 lưu trữ các tệp jar được Maven tải xuống (kho lưu trữ) nên nó thường chứa một lượng lớn dữ liệu

Đó là các bước bạn cần làm theo để gỡ cài đặt hoàn toàn Eclipse IDE khỏi hệ điều hành Windows.
