Trong bài viết này mình sẽ hướng dẫn các bạn cách xoá hoàn toàn Apache Netbeans IDE ra khỏi hệ điều hành Windows.

Các bạn hãy làm theo các bước sau để xóa hoàn toàn NetBeans IDE khỏi máy tính của bạn (giả sử phiên bản đó là Apache NetBeans 12.1).

• Vào Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs -> chọn vào Netbeans IDE và nhấp vào Uninstall. Thư mục cài đặt NetBeans cũng như các phím tắt trên màn hình nền và menu Start sẽ bị xoá.
• Xoá thư mục người dùng mà Netbeans đã tạo trước đó trong C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\NetBeans\12.1. Thư mục này dùng để lưu trữu các cấu hình của Netbeans IDE.
• Xoá thư mục cache của Netbeans tại C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local \NetBeans\Cache\12.1. Đây là nơi chứa các file tạm thời của Netbeans.
• Trong thư mục user home, xoá tất cả các thư mục bắt đầu bằng .nb và .netbeans vì chúng cũng được tạo bởi netbeans.

Đó là cách gỡ cài đặt hoàn toàn NetBeans IDE khỏi máy tính Windows. Lưu ý rằng bạn có thể cần đặt tùy chọn để hiển thị các tệp ẩn trong Windows Explorer để xem các thư mục được đề cập .nb và .netbeans. Và tùy thuộc vào cách bạn sử dụng NetBeans, thư mục cache có thể chứa một lượng dữ liệu khổng lồ, do vậy việc thư mục này là điều cần thiết nếu không muốn máy tính của mình chứa nhiều dữ liệu rác.
