Cách sử dụng ATM

Chọn ngôn ngữ sau khi đưa thẻ vào. (Tiếng Anh,tiếng Trung Quốc, tiếng Hàn Quốc, tiếng Thái Lan, tiếng Malaysia, tiếng Indonesia, tiếng Việt, tiếng Pháp, tiếng Đức,tiếng Bồ Đào Nha,)

Rút tiền bằng thẻ Visa

  1. STEP1

    Đưa thẻ vào

    • ＊Đưa thẻ vào sao cho sọc từ tính của thẻ nằm úp xuống.

  2. STEP2

    Chọn ngôn ngữ tùy thích.

  3. STEP3

    Nhấn nút "Rút tiền/Withdrawal".

  4. STEP4

    Chọn tài khoản rút tiền.

  5. STEP5

    Nhập mã PIN và nhấn "Xác nhận/Confirm".

  6. STEP6

    Nhập số tiền (yên Nhật) cần rút.

  7. STEP7

    Chọn đơn vị tiền tệ dùng để quy đổi số tiền.

    • ＊Nhấn bên dưới để tham khảo về "Dịch vụ quy đổi các loại tiền tệ" (Dynamic Currency Conversion, DCC)

  8. STEP8

    Nhận tiền từ ATM.

    • ＊Đừng quên lấy lại thẻ và hóa đơn ATM.
  • ＊Có thể nhận hóa đơn và sử dụng màn hình ATM bằng ngôn ngữ đã chọn.

Dịch vụ chuyển đổi tiền tệ linh động (Dynamic Currency Conversion, DCC)

“Dịch vụ chuyển đổi tiền tệ linh động (Dynamic Currency Conversion, DCC)” là dịch vụ cho phép du khách nước ngoài đến Nhật chọn đơn vị tiền tệ mong muốn để thực hiện giao dịch tại ATM, bằng đồng tiền của quốc gia mình hoặc bằng đồng yên Nhật. Nếu khách hàng chọn “đơn vị tiền tệ của quốc gia mình”, số tiền có thể được xác định theo đơn vị tiền tệ tại quốc gia của khách hàng ở thời điểm họ sử dụng máy ATM. Nếu khách hàng chọn “đồng yên Nhật”, giao dịch sẽ được xử lý bằng đồng yên và số tiền đã sử dụng tính theo đơn vị tiền tệ tại quốc gia của khách hàng sẽ được xác định tại thời điểm thanh toán vào một ngày khác.

Lưu ý khi Sử dụng
  • ・Đối với thẻ phát hành quốc tế, giới hạn cho mỗi lần rút là 100.000 yên. Tuy nhiên, giới hạn cho các giao dịch bằng thẻ từ là 30.000 yên.
  • ・Đối với các giao dịch phải chịu phí dịch vụ, lưu ý rằng mỗi giao dịch đều bị tính phí.
  • ・Nếu lượng tiền bạn cố gắng rút ra vượt quá giới hạn rút tiền, vui lòng giảm lượng tiền rút ra và lặp lại giao dịch.
  • ・Nếu bạn gặp lỗi mã PIN không chính xác, vui lòng liên hệ với công ty phát hành thẻ.
  • ・Không thể sử dụng ATM do hệ thống đang bảo trì, v.v...
