  do-did-done là 3 dạng nguyên thể-quá khứ-phân từ 2 bạn nhé. Trong hiện tại đơn(present simple tense)và quá khứ đơn(past simple tense) thì do và did đc dùng theo hai mặt(Không biết dùng từ nào nữa ) 1.Do-did là trợ động từ trong câu(Chú ý là trợ động từ nhé bạn)nó đc dùng trong câu phủ định hoặc nghi vấn Phủ định : S + don't/doesn't + V_infi(Tức là động từ nguyên thể không chia đó bạn) cái này là hiện tại đơn Quá khứ đơn : S + didn't(did đi vs tất cả chủ ngữ) + V-infi e.x: Hiện tại đơn : I don't like coffee I didn't go to bed early yesterday. Câu nghi vấn : khi đó do,does,did vẫn là trợ động từ nhưng nó đc đặt lên đầu câu và không có not nữa DO / does+S+V-infi Did +S +V-infi Chú ý :Trong câu khẳng định,khi muốn nhấn mạnh thì người ta thêm do,does,did và trước động từ thường. 2.Do,did là động từ thường Khi do,did là động từ thường thì nó mang nghĩa là làm,đã làm,...   In Scotland, the biggest celebration of the year is ‘Hogmanay’. Hogmanay is the Scottish word for New Year’s Eve. On 31st December in Edinburgh, there is an enormous firework display at the castle, and they play live music in the park. Thousands of people gather in the streets, cafes and bars. Then, at 12 o’clock, church bells ring all over the city.

  After midnight, people go ‘first footing’. This is a Scottish custom that dates back hundreds of years. First footing is visiting your neighbours after midnight on New Year’s Eve. The visitors must step into the house with their right foot first, to bring good luck. Traditionally the visitors bring three gifts: a piece of coal, a piece of ‘shortbread’ (Scottish biscuit) and a little whisky. The gifts symbolize warmth, food and happiness. If the first person who visits your home after midnight is a man with dark hair, that is particularly lucky!
