CAI Xiaowei Vice Chairman&President of Tus-Holdings Co., Ltd.

Mr. CAI Xiaowei, born in July 1970, has obtained double bachelor degrees in Urban Finance and Computer Science & Technology and an EMBA degree from Tsinghua University. He holds the practice qualification certificates of Chinese Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chinese Certified Tax Agent (CTA), Securities Analyst, Economist (Finance), Associate Member of AIA (AAIA), etc. In 2016, he was elected as one of the “Top Ten Associate Member of AIA” in mainland China. In 2017, he was employed as Non-financial Business Debt Financing Instruments Market Self-discipline Meeting Expert of National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors.

He has successively worked for ICBC Yangzhou Branch and CMBC Beijing Administrative Department, and has successively been engaged in finance, fund, credit and other management work. Since January 2007, he has been responsible for the unified supervision of the Group’s finance, acting as the CFO of China Private Ventures Limited, and concurrently as the executive director, CFO, and other positions of subsidiaries of the holding group, Yadu Science, Jiangsu Baijun, Suzhou Unisplendour, Shenzhen Chengyou and others. He used to serve as the Vice President & CFO of Tus-Holdings Co., Ltd., and now is the Vice Chairman & President of Tus-Holdings Co., Ltd.
