Mar 1, 2009 2,064 0 0 Mwh. I do A level chemistry but we didn't learn about this. I saw this in some fad and remembered it. It's Caffine or something.Cargando

Apr 8, 2009 2,092 0 0 Why I believe that is a diagram of the Arctulian otter-dragon, a rare creature that swims with it's abnormally long tongue, this gives it immense speed, but it sadly means they have to taste all the water that goes past them. Seeing as pollution in Arctul is on the rise, many otter-dragons have commited suicide rather than swim through another path of raw sewage.messy

Click to expand...In a chemical formula like this any node that isn't labeled is assumed to be carbon, so there are the correct number of carbon atoms but I also don't see where that tenth hydrogen is... Regardless, it's supposed to be caffeine, I've seen this before on t-shirts. [edit] oh wait, another formula for caffeine is C8H9N4O2, so it's all good.

Apr 24, 2009 1,210 0 0 It's some sort of structural diagram of a compound. As others have said, it looks like caffiene, but caffiene is C8 H10 N4 O2, or as a simple formula, C4 H5 N2 O. It's close, but it's no coffee.El Poncho

Most (Not all) chemists will leave out some of the carbons because it is assumed that they are there. Dont ask me why this is cause if a student ever put that on a test they would be failed on the spot. Just the way it is though S

Jun 5, 2008 663 0 0 c8h10n4o2 there are the correct number of each atoms so people who are saying its missing carbon or hydrogen need to realise that any unlabled atom is assumed to be carbon and any open bound to a carbon is assumed to be a hydrogen bond. The further right carbon atom has only 3 bonds so the 4th unlabled bond will be the 10th hydrogen. Count them up 3 labled carbon 5 unlabled carbon 9 labled hydrogen 1 unlabled hydrogen 2 labled oxygen 4 labled nitrogen And finally link to wikipedia confirming the formula of caffine http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caffineffxfriek
