As a former owner of a Canon EOS Rebel T6, I have a lot to say about this camera, from image quality to its body construction. Of the 4 years I owned the T6, they were not the best; the camera lacks basic functions like a microphone input, more focus points, and a quality sensor. Despite having 18 Megapixels, it leaves a lot to be desired, especially in nighttime photos where even with a 50mm 1.8 the T6 struggles with excessive image noise. You simply cannot get good photos with an ISO above 800. If you plan on taking nighttime photos, forget it! This is a camera for beginners at best and hardly suitable for professional use. It's more like a toy camera; I don't recommend it even for beginners.

Pros

  • Price
  • Affordable lenses
  • Easy to handle

Cons

  • Terrible sharpness
  • Only 9 focus points
  • Quality of nighttime photos
  • Poor video quality

It performs well during the day, though its focus is poor. The night photos turn out very blurry and its stabilization is horrible

Cons

The Canon Eos 1300D is an excellent camera for beginners. check out this video review for more details, but the best things about this camera are: great color reproduction, ease of use, high quality image sizes and good video shooting options.

One of the most important aspects of a camera is the size of its sensor. A larger sensor will capture more light, which results in improved low-light performance, dynamic range, and general image quality.lens mount

The more focus points the more flexibility in picking which part of the scene to focus on. They also give the image sensor a better probability in identifying the right area of the scene to focus on in more automatic modes.megapixels (main camera)

The number of megapixels determines the resolution of the images captured with the main camera. A higher megapixel count means that the camera is capable of capturing more details. However, the megapixel count is not the only important element determining the quality of an image.maximum ISO

Expanded ISO allows you to go beyond the native ISO. It does this by digitally enhancing the image output. The resulting image will have less quality than when staying within the native ISO range, but it can be useful in certain situations.has sensor shift stabilizationCanon EOS Rebel T6Canon EOS Rebel T7With sensor shift, the image sensor (rather than the lens) moves to counterbalance any vibration of the camera.
