Spiral Insert Cutterhead - Spiral insert knife cutterhead with (6) rows of 30 x 12 x 1.5mm knives. Knives are two sided & have bevels on each corner producing a smooth finish. Wider knife means less knives/head resulting in reduced changeover time.
Powerful Chain Drive Assembly - Heavy duty chain drive system to top feed works and driven bed rolls produce a powerful and smooth feeding system
Precise Bed Roll Adjustment - Convenient bed roll adjustment on the front of the feed table allows for precise setting of the powered bed rolls for the best possible feeding results
Digital Thickness Control - Equipped with a digital thickness control which can be programmed in Inch of Metric. To 3-decimal places in inches and 2-decimal places in Millimeters.
Heavy Duty Pressure Section - Sectional chip breakers and section infeed pressure roller for positive feeding of material. Rubber covered outfeed roller. Anti-kickback fingers are installed for added safety
Variable Feed Speed - Variable feed speed control located conveniently on the operator side of the machine
