Cập Nhật Chủng Cúm Mùa Nam Bán Cầu 2020/2021

1. Danh sách các chủng vi rút cúm dùng để sản xuất vắc xin cúm mùa tứ giá Nam bán cầu (Southern hemisphere) 2021 như sau:

+ Vắc xin sản xuất trên trứng gồm các chủng:

• an A/Victoria/2570/2019 (H1N1)pdm09-like virus;
• an A/Hong Kong/2671/2019 (H3N2)-like virus;
• a B/Washington/02/2019 (B/Victoria lineage)-like virus; and
• a B/Phuket/3073/2013 (B/Yamagata lineage)-like virus.

+ Vắc xin sản xuất trên tế bào hoặc vắc xin tái tổ hợp gồm các chủng:

• an A/Wisconsin/588/2019 (H1N1)pdm09-like virus;
• an A/Hong Kong/45/2019 (H3N2)-like virus;
• a B/Washington/02/2019 (B/Victoria lineage)-like virus; and
• a B/Phuket/3073/2013 (B/Yamagata lineage)-like virus.

- Danh sách các chủng vi rút cúm dùng để sản xuất vắc xin cúm mùa tam giá Nam bán cầu (Southern hemisphere) 2021 như sau:

+ Vắc xin sản xuất trên trứng gồm các chủng:

• an A/Victoria/2570/2019 (H1N1)pdm09-like virus;
• an A/Hong Kong/2671/2019 (H3N2)-like virus; and
• a B/Washington/02/2019 (B/Victoria lineage)-like virus.

+ Vắc xin sản xuất trên tế bào hoặc vắc xin tái tổ hợp gồm các chủng:

• an A/Wisconsin/588/2019 (H1N1)pdm09-like virus;
• an A/Hong Kong/45/2019 (H3N2)-like virus; and
• a B/Washington/02/2019 (B/Victoria lineage)-like virus.

Trong số các chủng vi rút cúm mùa Nam bán cầu 2020/2021 này thì có 1 chủng H1N1 là đã thay đổi so với danh sách chủng cúm mùa Bắc bán cầu 2020/2021 được công bố ngày 28/2/2020 cho vắc xin sản xuất trên trứng là A/Guangdong-Maonan/SWL1536/2019 (H1N1)pdm09-like virus; còn vắc xin sản xuất trên tế bào là chủng A/Wisconsin/588/2019 (H1N1)pdm09-like virus.
