Mud Is Good If It's A Watch
I bought this watch for one of my 17 year old high school grandson's for his birthday. He plays baseball for his high school and for a show-case team that plays in tournaments the year 'round. When he's not playing ball or studying, he's on some kind of a weight lifting work out program / cardiac improving activity constantly. Because of all of that and just the normal carelessness and forgetfulness of a teenager......I felt he needed a watch that could really take a pounding with little to no maintenance on his part and still get him to class and/or home on time. A Fun & Rugged Little-ish Watch
It’s a fun watch. It beckons one to drape themselves with mud & adventure…or maybe just liven up an ordinary day. Dial is easy to read & the buttons are colorfully prominent & sturdy. I have 7-1/2 inch wrists, & though it’s on the small side compared to my beastly G’s, it is a perfect fit for both my wrist and my style. Lastly I will say that I find myself bumping this watch forward into my rotation & it never fails to make the race to the finish line that much more enjoyable. A must have for any G-Shock collector.

Casio a good watch for the price.
Good watch, wish I had one when I was in the Army. Always had a Casio when I was in the Army, but was the cheap one, $19 and never would die. I would wear them until the band would break and then give it to my wife to use for work. She even washed and dried one and after it cooled off, it worked fine. Yes, Casio are cheap watch's, but they work and for what you get for the price you can not beat them. If you want a watch that you can beat on and not have to wear your good watch, Casio is it.

Like the looks of the Casio g9000. True to buttons are a little harder to push - but that is expected of a new watch. Also, I prefer it that way or in case I bump it into something - it is not easily changing my set screen where I want it. The light up on screen is the best I have seen on this watch compare to others. Best value for the functions/form you get on this watch. Best purchase made.

I liked this watch so much, I bought a 9200 as well, I wish the face was larger and Casio made clear, the face size and the outer case size. But in description on eBay it does note outer diameter so an estimate can be made of the size of the face. I like larger faces for clarity and ease of reading.
