Product Description

Hasco CG 520 is a heavy duty metalworking fluid specifically designed for centerless grinding applications of aerospace alloys where lube oil contamination is a concern.  CG 520 is formulated with elevated lubricity additives, minimizing the effects of lube oil entering the fluid.  Performance additives provide lubricity improvements that compliment traditional chlorine/sulfur chemistry.  CG 520 can also be used as an additive to improve cutting oil performance when working with heat resistant metals in machining operations.
