Due to absence of d-orbitals in valence shell, cannot form dπpπ multiple bonds ,so nitrogen cannot form (CH3)3N=0.while in phosphorous, it has d-orbitals in its valance shell so, it can from dπpπ multiple bonds ,so (CH3)3P=0 exists
