Our Mission Our business requires agile and distinctive business-minds. CHFT’s entrepreneurial spirit and decentralized decision-making are promoted through our company. We provide global corporate advisory, market research & study, real estate consultancy, asset valuation and ESG advisory. By combining professional knowledge from a diversity of fields, we endeavor to be a one-stop solution provider to our clients with optimized and integrated solution. Our Vision The world has been changing rapidly in the past decades and so has been the business landscape; no businessmen can neglect the revolutions that have been reshaping our lives and the way we conduct our businesses. For example, the society has been more conscious to our environment and increasingly embraces in green technology; we have put more caring on the elderly and disables; advance in communication technology also brings people closer together regardless of physical distance.   All tender amounts for the Govt residential land (TWTL 441) at Wing Shun Street, Tsuen Wan were announced yesterday. Different from the bidding of the latest Tuen Mun Govt land, in which Sino significantly outbid the other developers, the bid prices for TWTL 441 were close. The land was expected by the market to be sold in the range of $3,500 to $4,500 psf on AV, with a 𝑚𝑒𝑑𝑖𝑎𝑛 𝑜𝑓 $4,000 𝑝𝑠𝑓. Yet, 𝟰 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝟵 𝗯𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗱 this median, showing that the competition for the land is fierce. Combined with the positive market response for a recent MTRC project, located also in Tuen Mun, these tender results highlight developers' keen interest in acquiring and kickstarting new residential projects in mature, well-connected areas. TWTL 441 was awarded to Chinachem on 18 Nov at an AV of $5,692 psf (or HK$2,475 Mil). The expectation of CHFT was btw $4,000 and $4,200 psf. List of 9 Tenders: https://lnkd.in/gYw2kM5H

She served as a speaker for the session titled "Business Opportunities along the Belt and Road Initiative," sharing insights on how Chinese enterprises can expand internationally and explore business opportunities, alongside intellectual property experts from the Greater Bay Area, South Korea, and Singapore.

  Following a high selling price at AV$3,860 psf for a govt land (𝐓𝐌𝐓𝐋569) awarded to Sino Group in Aug 2025, MTRC announced the launch of its Tuen Mun A16 Station Project Development (Package One). This A16 Station will be one of two stations at Tuen Mun South Extension. Compared to the govt land, this MTRC project is much bigger in scale, and it will be awarded to private developers in phases. Flat owners in Tuen Mun tend to show attachment to the district. Developers are therefore confident in Tuen Mun’s residential market. Their strong confidence is demonstrated by 𝐓𝐌𝐓𝐋569 attracting eight bids, despite the 2nd and 3rd bids being significantly lower than the winning bid. 31 developers just submitted Expression of Interest to MTRC's project. CHFT opines that the #MTRC project is well-positioned for a successful award.
