Correct....and our South End cliques pretty much all fall under the GDs since the well known Harrison Homes has been considered GD territory for decades and the Taft Homes on the North End is well known for mostly Vice Lords or what's left of them like i said those who grew up as GD and VL LK they all keep to themselves atleast around here it's all these youn highschool kids that do most of shooting here in Peoria and there all killin each or can't aim and hit innocent people...it's ridiculous but that's another topic lol Posted By: BlackFamily

The crackdowns on the leadership of some of the black gangs have left some decks with their own de facto leaders per say, leaders have relocated to the surburbs or other places, and others have a committee/panel style leadership despite what most articles & law enforcement stating leaderless groups. Latino gangs generally have maintained their structure and depends on who your speaking on individually. LKs undoubtedly have leaders over various regions while MLDs structure is more or less loose knit and different sections have their own leaders.
